California Correctional Health Care Services is elevating both the field of correctional medicine as well as the careers of IM/FP physicians, like you, dedicated to providing quality primary care to an historically underserved patient population. Whatever your professional interest, we can help you continue to hone your skills in public health, disease management and education, addiction medicine and so much more.

SALARY

$319,284 – $345,324 (Time-Limited Board Certified)
$303,276 – $328,032 (Lifetime Board Certified)
$287,352 – $311,880 (Pre-Board Certified)

$367,176 – $397,116* (Time-Limited Board Certified)
$348,756 – $377,232* (Lifetime Board Certified)
$330,444 – $358,656* (Pre-Board Certified)

*Physicians at select locations receive additional 15% pay.

  • 40-hour workweek
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
