Technical Help

If you are experiencing problems with this website, check the following list before contacting the Webmaster:

    • Older Version of Browser
    • You should be using the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)/Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Safari. If you are using an older version of any of these browsers, you should upgrade them to view the site as intended.

    • Web Traffic
    • The website may be experiencing a lot of traffic. Our recommendation: Just be patient and allow complete pages to download before you try clicking any of the links.

    • Your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
    • Your ISP may be experiencing a problem. Try to see if you encounter the same problem with another site (see Web Traffic above).

    • Memory
    • Though our web pages aren’t overly large, some do include graphical elements. It is possible your computer, tablet or phone does not have enough memory, and you might want to consider additional memory.

    • Software
    • Adobe PDF Reader is required to view certain documents available on this website
that are saved in the Portable Document Format (PDF). If you have difficulty viewing
these documents, ensure that the necessary software is installed on your system.
The Adobe Reader software is available as a free download from Adobe’s website
      at http://www.adobe.com.

If you still need assistance, contact the Webmaster.
